The Challenge: Buying satellite internet for remote areas involves complex hardware decisions that often confuse customers. HughesNet needed to simplify the high-friction "Rent vs. Buy" decision for satellite dishes and help users accurately identify which data plans met their specific rural connectivity needs.
The Solution: We designed a mobile-first e-commerce journey that demystifies hardware and plan selection. By streamlining the decision-making flow and providing clear, contextual guidance on equipment options, we reduced user anxiety and created a high-conversion checkout experience that helps minimize long-term churn.
