The Problem: While highly functional, the original ExpertFlyer experience was built for "power users," creating a barrier for the average traveler who wanted to avoid the middle seat.

The Solution: We overhauled the mobile app to be simpler and more intuitive. We streamlined the seat alert process and integrated new features like award flight availability, making high-level travel tools accessible to a global audience.
