The Challenge: With a massive array of channels and tiers, DIRECTV customers often struggled with feature fatigue when comparing TV packages. The challenge was to make dense plan information digestible on a mobile screen to help users quickly identify the best value for their entertainment preferences.
The Solution: We reworked the mobile product discovery flow by leveraging visual hierarchy and color theory. By highlighting key network logos and using a high-contrast color system to differentiate tiers, we made plan comparisons intuitive and effortless. This visual-first strategy simplified the path to purchase and improved the overall quality of the customer acquisition flow.
